Instagram’s new “Not a Fake” logo is going to be popping up on Instagram all over the place.
We’re told that this is a sign that people aren’t buying into the idea that they’re being manipulated by fake news.
This could be because they are.
We’ll find out if it is the case on October 6.
As part of the new look, Instagram users will be able to “Like” and “Reply” to the photos that they want to share.
The new logo will feature a circle and the word “NOT A FAG.”
In addition to these new hashtags, the app is also introducing a new Instagram account, @InstagramNotAFAG, and a new “Never Trump” account, as well.
The account will feature photos that are “NOT a fake” (for example, the “fake” photo of a Trump supporter in front of a Confederate flag, or the one of a man holding a flag with the words “I’m Proud to Be White.”)
The account will allow Instagram users to “like” and comment on other Instagram users photos.
You can see an example of the profile picture here:Instagram, like the @Instaeffamily account and share it to the world.
It’s time to stop being a #Fake News story and start believing in yourself.
More to come on this developing story.
