How do you beat the Instagram war?
Here are a few tips to help you do just that.
Follow your fan base You’re a fan, so you’ll probably be following your favourite athletes and athletes groups on Instagram.
Followers will follow you as you go along.
You’ll also want to follow some of the most popular athletes.
For example, when I posted this Instagram story of me with my kids, my followers were a big reason I was able to get to where I am today.
You don’t need to follow everyone.
You can follow athletes you’re familiar with, like a tennis player or a golfer, but don’t follow everyone you don’t like.
Be creative and be bold You might think that being creative is the most effective strategy for building a following, but this is just not true.
Creativity has its perks, but it also means getting a lot of attention and getting a ton of likes and comments from people you don,t like.
The same goes for boldness.
People are drawn to boldness because it is the opposite of what they want to see in a follower.
People want to feel like they are the center of attention.
Boldness is the next step up from creativity.
Be a loyal follower When you follow someone, it’s important to be a loyal and supportive follower.
You will be surprised by how many people are actually loyal and supporting their favourite athletes.
You won’t be disappointed when you see that there are thousands of you in your network.
Follow other athletes The more people you follow, the more opportunities you have to build a following.
You might be a huge fan of someone you follow for their performance on a particular sport, but when you follow them for their career, that’s just as important.
When you join Instagram and see that someone you like is doing great, that gives you an opportunity to build the following of that person as well.
Take your time Follow the time it takes to build up a following on Instagram to build momentum.
You may be a fan of a sport and not see much of a fan base yet, but as you build the profile of the sport, you can see that it is taking off.
A lot of people like to see a lot in a short amount of time.
Don’t take your eyes off of the goal You don, t want to miss the target.
You need to be aware of what your fans are doing and keep an eye on the competition to be sure that they are getting it right.
Be consistent Follow the social media rules and don’t let the social-media crowd stop you.
It will always be there, waiting for you to go too far.
Find your niche If you have a niche, you should focus on that niche.
When I was looking for a niche on Instagram, I didn’t realize that there was one specific thing that I wanted to get a follower for, so I decided to focus on other things in my life.
I was right.
People who follow me on Instagram are following me for many different things, so it makes sense to follow them just for that.
Share your work You want to build relationships with your followers.
If you share your work or your life, your followers will be more likely to follow you, because it’s part of their story.
Keep it simple You can’t just go with the flow and try to sell everything to the masses.
It’s much better to stick to the basics, like how to do your hair, how to cook, how much to eat, etc. Instagram is a great platform for people to share their passions, their passions drive their social media followers and their social feeds will be much more influential than they will ever be.
